The laws of supply and demand tend to drive so many things, Real Estate being one of the most diverse. These fundamental economics will always favor those that own property in a location with high demand and limited supply. My name is Sean Greco and I practice Residential and Commercial Real Estate primarily in Miami Beach Florida. Our offices are located in South Beach, and I personally live in North Beach. You see, Miami Beach is an island and the 3 distinct neighborhoods of South Beach, Mid Beach, and North Beach, along with the townships of Surfside, Bal Harbour, and Bay Harbour Islands make up the island as a whole. These real estate markets have long been established, and a desired destination for many throughout the world.

South Beach of course, is what most everyone has 'heard of', and is well known for its international culture, vibrant nighlife, and beautiful beaches filled with people from all over the world. But most would be pleased to find out that as you head into Mid Beach and further into North Beach, that these neighborhoods also have their own identities. Bal Harbour has always been a well known destination as a second home market, and the fashion industry has deep roots in the world famous Bal Harbour Shops. Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands are quaint beach towns, that have the small town feel many people like as well. All areas share our beautiful beaches, and because the island isn't very large, are all within close proximity of each other.

With that being said, there are numerous neighborhoods that one can find their perfect second home getaway, rental investment property, new primary residence, retirement home, or some sort of combination of these.
